Dr. Rachel Anderson received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at Boston Children’s Hospital.  Dr. Rachel is the newest addition to our University Pediatric Dentistry team.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and new baby, as well as training for triathlons!

Dr. Joseph Bernat received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and completed his residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Bernat currently serves as both the Clinical Service Director for Pediatric Dentistry for Kaleida Health and as the Director of Postgraduate Education in the department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Bernat stays busy in his free time with his children and grandchildren, and enjoys traveling and sailing.

Dr. Margaret Certo received her dental degree from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1989 and completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at UB in 1991.

Dr. Dian ChinKit-Wells received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and realizing her true calling for children, completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. ChinKit-Wells is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and travels throughout the Buffalo community and in many other areas of the world educating and treating patients. Dr. Dian has two sons and a dog named Kobe. She enjoys tae kwon do, capoeira, hiking, and making kids smile!

Dr. Paul Creighton received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and then continued on to complete his residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Creighton currently serves as Clinical Director for the specialty training program in Pediatric Dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. 

Dr. Brad Ecker received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and then went on to complete a residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.  Dr. Brad is married and has four children, one daughter and three sons!

Dr. Lisa Mruz received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and then following her passion for pediatrics, completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Mruz is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Mruz enjoys teaching at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in addition to seeing her smiling patients!

Dr. Suketu Patel received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University, and then continued on to complete his residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Patel is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Patel is married and loves to spend time with friends and family, enjoys traveling and is an avid Ohio State fan… Go Buckeyes!

Dr. Michael Phillips received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and then, realizing his passion for pediatrics, continued on to complete his residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Phillips works with children in the office, and also on the mobile dental van, providing care to children that are otherwise unable to access dental care. Dr. Mike is married, loves to travel, loves fast cars, and loves photography!

Dr. Kelly Rose received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and then continued on to complete her residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Rose is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Rose is married and has four beautiful children to keep her busy at home!

Dr. Amy Stone Nagai received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.  She completed her residency in pediatric dentistry at Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.  Dr. Amy loves to travel and golf with her husband, and spend time with family and friends.  She loves her boxer "Libby," and also likes to read and bake!
